DGFNI will provide services to companies and individuals within and outside United States of America. It offers Business Development, Consulting Services, Financial Services, Taxes, Accounting, Prepaid Legal Services, Insurance, E-marketing, and others as specified in its initial article and Memorandum of association. These services will be provided to companies and individuals in the United States and other parts of the World who are interested in exploring Business Opportunities in the global economy. DGFNI will platform to provide business networking, relationship building, technology transfer and business operating services for customers around the globe.
The Article and Memorandum is the guiding principle in which the company’s operations are specified. The Board of Directors will formulate DGFNI operating policies for the management team to implement under the direction of the CEO. The functional heads will implement the policies in accordance with the provisions of the company’s polices and procedures.
